1. Products

Delight Crunch offers dried and dehydrated fruit products, including:

• Dried Mango

• Dried Peach

• Dried Banana

• Dried Apple

• Dried Nashpati (Pear)

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability shown on our website are accurate. Because our products are made from natural fruits, slight differences in appearance, color, size, texture, and taste may occur.

2. Orders

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including your:

• Full name

• Phone number

• Complete delivery address

• City

• Postal code, where applicable

We may contact you by phone or other available communication methods to confirm your order.

An order may be cancelled or declined if there is an issue with product availability, incorrect information, unsuccessful order confirmation, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

3. Advance Shipping Confirmation Fee

For Cash on Delivery orders, a Rs. 200 advance shipping confirmation fee is required to confirm and process the order.

This amount helps cover shipping and order-processing costs and helps us confirm genuine orders before dispatch.

The Rs. 200 advance fee is part of the required payment for the order and is not an additional product charge. The remaining order balance will be payable in cash to the courier when the order is delivered.

Orders may not be dispatched until the required Rs. 200 advance shipping confirmation fee has been received.

4. Pricing

Product prices are displayed on our website and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Any applicable delivery charges or other charges will be communicated during the ordering or checkout process.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available where offered by Delight Crunch.

Customers must pay the required Rs. 200 advance shipping confirmation fee before the order is dispatched.

The remaining balance will be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

6. Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch confirmed orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's procedures and service conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a working phone number.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

The treatment of any advance shipping confirmation fee will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation and our applicable refund policy.

8. Returns, Damaged & Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and relevant photos or details so we can review the issue.

Products that have been opened, consumed, damaged after delivery, or improperly stored may not be eligible for return or replacement.

9. Product Storage

Dried fruits should be stored according to the storage instructions provided on the product packaging.

Customers are responsible for properly storing products after delivery.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding, belongs to Delight Crunch or its respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.
